Monaghan Electrical IFL:   The Senior team had a great result from our last League game of the season resulting in us staying at Intermediate Level.  The final scoreboard read Tyholland 3-15 Doohamlet 0-11.  The club would like to extend our sincere thanks to Peadar Farrelly and Kieran Brennan who have stepped down from their roles in working with the Senior and Junior B teams over the last 2 years. Go raibh maith agaibh.

U14: Thank you to Middletown GAA Club for inviting our U14 team to a blitz which was held last Sunday.

Ladies: There is a meeting being held in the centre on Thursday at 8.30 to discuss the future of Ladies football in Tyholland.  This is a very important meeting and we are expecting a good turnout for it so please come along all input will be appreciated.

Fundraising Draw: The Fundraising Draw will be held on Saturday 14^th November in the bar.  It promises to be a good night so be sure to keep the date free! We really need all books that have been handed out to be returned to the person they got them from asap.  There are still a few tickets remaining for sale and can be bought from any committee member or in the club bar.

Coaching Conference: The next coaching conference will be held on Saturday 7^th November in Our Lady’s Secondary School, Castleblayney.  Details are available on the Monaghan GAA website.

Sympathy: Tyholland GAA club would like to extend our sympathy to the family and friends of the late Aidan Quigley, Currin who passed away suddenly last Thursday.  He served as Secretary and Chairman of the County Board and will be greatly missed. Ar dheis de go raibh a anam dilis.

Congratulations: Congratulations and best wishes to Rynagh McNally and Shane Williams who got engaged over the weekend.

Club Shop: We are in the process of setting up a club shop through the O’Neills website where you will be able to purchase Tyholland GFC crested sports gear and bags.  This should be up and running in the next few weeks …. Just in time to order your Christmas presents!!!
