Lotto Results: Lotto Results for Sunday last. Numbers drawn were 09, 10, 15 & 17. There was no winner. Next weeks Jackpot now stands at €1,900. Lucky dip winners: Maureen Campbell, Paddy Markey, Hugh F. Mc Mahon, Dora Rice, PJ. Bannigan, Christine Mc Shane, Francis Clerkin, Sean Mc Shane, Padd Fealy & Enda Duffy. Next weeks lotto team is: Dermot & Mary Bie Hamill, Sean Duffy & Kevin Mc Guigan. Lotto teams that cannot do their night must organise someone to fill their space.

 

Seniors: Our seniors played at away against Carrickmacross on Sunday last on a score line of Aughnamullen (0-5) To Carrickmacross (0-10). Our boys have now earned a place in the semi final against Emyvale on Sunday next the 1st of November in Emyvale at 2pm. All support welcome.

 

Annual Vintage Day: Our Annual Vintage Day was held on Sunday last. The chosen Charity this year was Steadfast House, Carrickmacross. A great Day was had by the large crowd who attended. We where blessed with the good weather. Some of the main attractions on the day was our usual Threshing on display, Gun Dog display from Mourne Shooting grounds, Dog show. There was a great slection of games for kids like Bungie Jumps & cups & saucers rides, also with Cross bar challenge, penelty shoot outs, Fifa Challenge, also a display of pedigree animals and pets corner, there was also a cake stall. A special thanks to everyone who baked and brought goodies. Thank you to everyone who supported our big event. A special thank You to all those who sponsored our event your donations where of great help to our Charity event. A special thanks to all those who helped out on Saturday and on the day to those who worked hard to make it such a success. Your help and support was very much appreciated.

 

DATES  FOR  YOUR DIARY: Our footballers are taking the MOVEMBER challenge starting next tuesday. Anyone who wishes to join our boys with this challenge can get sponsor cards from any committee member. Proceeds will go to SOSAD and Ballybay Cancer Society. The challenge will finish with a table quiz in the centre,so support our lads or better still join them in their Movember Challenge.
Annual Poker Classic on Sunday the 6th of December. Tickets on sale shortly.

Christmas party night on Sunday the 27th of December.

Tallent Show: 

CHANGE  OF  DATE:  Tallent  Show, Due to Dolly Parton & Kenny Rodgers being on Tour Our date for Aughnamullen’s Stars In Your Eyes will now take place on Saturday  the 16th of January 2016. A night not to be missed. Watch this space for more details.

 

Sympathy: Deepest sympathy to the Quigley family on the death of  Aidian Quigley. Aidian was a former County board chairman.  May God have mercy on his soul.
