We let two points slip on Sunday last as we lost concentration close to the finish and let Blackhill in for an easy goal. Under 16

The under sixteen League final was played last night in Inniskeen  between Magheracloone and ourselves. Report next week.

Under 12

The under 12’s played Patrick Sarfields in Div 3 Shield Final. St Patrick Sarfields got off to a great start while the nerves seemed to be effecting Killanny who only scored 2 points in first half with a number of chances going wide. However they rallied in the second half and confined Patrick Sarfields to only 2 points in this half but unfortunately Killanny were not able to get the goal they needed which was not due to the players efforts but to the defending of the other team. However the outlook is good for this team next year as only 2 of the players who played the final are moving on next year. We would like to thank their mentors for the year for all their hard work and dedication – Martin Burns, Shane Dooley, Noel McGahon and  Killian O’Shea. We would also like to thank the Shirley Arms for the lovely meal they provided for the boys on reaching the final.
