Co.Monaghan Credit Unions SFL:  Our senior team came away with the points in a hard fought win against Ballybay on Wednesday last.  We played Monaghan Harps  last night (Wednesday 12th) and are at home to Magheracloone on Sunday 16th at 12.30pm.  Our championship match v Donaghmoyne has been scheduled for the weekend of 22nd/23rd August.

 

Platinum Tanks RFL Div 1A: The Reserves play Scotstown in the League Final which has been scheduled for Wednesday 19^th August, time and venue to be confirmed.

 

Minors: We played Magheracloone in the semi-final of the Championship on Tuesday last.  We play Sean McDermotts in Round 5 of the league next Tuesday 18th August at 7.15pm in St. Mellans.

 

Juveniles

U12 Boys: Hard luck to the u12 team who lost to Drumhowan in the Shield Final last Friday.

U16s: Well done to the u16s who reached the final of the league by defeating Scotstown last Thursday evening. We await the winners of Aughnamullen and Scotstown in the play-off. Date of final to be confirmed.

Nursery Training: Continues tonight (Thursday) at 7pm to 8pm. We would ask if all parents of U6’s could stay for the hour to help in the supervision.

 

Boot Camp: Continues in St. Mellans on a Monday and Wednesday evening from 7-8pm, €4 per person. Men and women welcome. 

 

Hurling:

U12  Hard luck to the u12s who were beaten in the shield final.  The team was as follows: John Treanor, Matthew McKenna, Aaron Cassidy, Mark Cassidy, Cameron McMeel, Padraig Treanor, Aaron Treanor, Oran Maguire, Noah McMeel, Oisin Hagan, Peter Treanor, Maria Flood, Emma Keenan, Cillian McKenna, Dylan O’Reilly, Myles McMeel

Minors: We are scheduled to play Monaghan Harps in the Quarter Final of the Championship next Sunday 16th August at 12noon in Monaghan. 

Seniors: Well done to the seniors who beat Carrickmacross in the Shield Final on Sunday last. We play away to Carrickmacross in the league tonight, Thursday 13th August at 7.15pm.
