The seniors had a good 1-13 to 2-8 victory over Monaghan Harps on Sunday morning in the league which leaves them top on 24 points after 15 games.

 

Greenfield Foods SFC

This weekend the Senior Football Championship begins. Our senior team play Inniskeen in the Preliminary Round in Castleblayney on Saturday evening. Throw in is at 7pm. Please make an effort and go and support.

 

Universal Graphics JFC

The Junior team are through to the semi final of Junior Football Championship after overcoming Aghabog 2-9 to 1-9 last Saturday. They will now play Blackhill in a repeat of last year’s semi final on September 13^th.

 

Eurotech JFL

The Juniors play Killanny this Friday 21^st at home at 7pm in the league.

 

Platinum Tanks RFL

The Reserves will play Truagh in the final of the RFL Division 1. Time and Date TBC.

 

MFL Division 1

The minors play Clontibret tonight (Tues 18^th) at home with a 7.15pm throw in.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U16 Division 1

The U16’s play Aughnamullen away this Thursday 20^th away at 7.30pm in a play off for the league final where Truagh await the winners.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U14 Division 1

The U14’s put in a good team performance to beat Inniskeen 6-12 to 1-9 on Saturday. They play Castleblayney this Saturday 22nd at 1.15pm in their last league game.

 

Gerry’s Prepared Veg U12 Leagues

The Division 3 team battled hard on Saturday but unfortunately were beaten by Clontibret 7-7 to 2-12 in the Semi Final of the cup.

 

Buncrana Cup

Well done to club players Padraig Meehan and Colum Claisse who were part of the Monaghan U16 team which won the Buncrana Cup at the weekend. Well done to Mark Duffy also who was part of the management team.

 

NCSG Reserve Ladies

The Reserve Ladies have a semi final v Latton but time and date is tbc.

 

Minor Girls

The girls travelled to Magheracloone on Monday evening and despite behind 7 points behind at half time they came back to win by a point. Final score was Scotstown 7-7 Magheracloone 4-15. They play Truagh next Monday 24^th away a 7pm.

 

U16 Girls

The U16 girls beat Carrickmacross on Friday evening to secure their semi final spot. This week they play Latton on Thursday 20^th away at 7pm in their last league game before the semi finals.
