U12
The U12 played their Cup Final last Sunday Evening in Aughnamullen against Cremartin. The Latton team who played were as follows Jack Dempsey,Jamie Mc Gorman,Thomas Conor Fitzpatrick,Cian Hughes,Coragh Lennon,James Slevin, Aaron Duffy,Jamie West,Ryan Duffy,Evan Coyle,Colleen Hughes, Matthew Lennon,Jude Mc Entee,Niall Mc Caul,Kellie Sullivan,Daragh Murphy,Patrick Kierans,Sean Quinn. After a brilliant performance all over the field and a very competitive and exciting game they were defeated on a score Line of Latton 5-12 – Cremartin 10-09. Well done to all players and to the Management team of Pete Coyle,Pete West,Damien Duffy & Alan Mc Entee. Thanks also to all the ladies who catered for the players and supporters in Latton GAA Club after the game.
U14
The Division 1 team had a home fixture v Castleblayney –See Press for Details
U16
They have a fixture against Doohamlet last week was conceded by Doohamlet.
Seniors
The Seniors had a good home Win Clontibret 2-07-Latton 3-07 .After a bad start conceding 2 early goals they rallied to put in a winning performance The team was Hughie MC Elroy 0-04,Damien Duffy 0-02,Bernard O Brien 2-00,James mc Elroy 1-01,Sean farmer, Paul Fitzpatrivck,Kevin Farrelly, Christopher Rice ,Stephen mc Elroy ,Owen Coyle ,Aiden farmer, Stephen Fitzpatrick, Thomas lynch Darren mc Elroy, Stephen mc Cabe, Niall treanor for Stephen Fitzpatrick.
They had a home fixture v Scotstown last Wednesday-See Press for Results. They play Inniskeen away on Sunday 16th at 12.30pm.
Monaghan Senior Team
The Monaghan team bowed out of this year Championship last Saturday in Croke Park. Well done to all involved in the Senior Set Up this year and huge Congratulations on ending the Year as Ulster Champions. Well done to our 3 players who all took played their parts last Saturday Owen Lennon,Owen Duffy & Kieran Duffy and also to Selector Finbarr Fitzpatrick.
