Monaghan Coaching and Games are delighted to announce that the U13 Farney Hurling Academy will take place from Tuesday 18th August – Thursday 20th August from 10am – 2pm in Cloghan.

The U13 Farney hurling Academy is aimed at players aged 10-13 years old. During the 3 day hurling camp,Players will recieve a great programme of coaching which is aimed to develop all hurling skills.The programme includes Wall ball sessions, free-taking,goalkeeping,attacking & defensive play, flexibility, body-strength exercises and player welfare talks.

We recommend that players brings football boots, runners, shorts, socks, training top, bottle of water, a packed lunch, Helmet and Hurley. If players have no helmet or hurley one will be provided.

The cost for the Farney hurling academy is 15 euros per player. Each player will be rewarded with a hurling grip and a t-shirt which will be presented by a top-inter county hurler.

Players must bring money along on Tuesday 18th August . Players can either pay by cash or cheques made out to ‘Monaghan GAA’
