Lotto Results: For all future Blotto draw there will only be five €20 winners drawn each week. Unfortunately this is a necessary by the club as ticket sales continue to fall and it will bring the results in line with a majority of other club draws within the county, as Ballybay where one of the few offering ten secondary prizes to the jackpot. We would like to apologise  for any inconvenience caused.

Fixtures: The seniors will take on Traugh in a rearranged star game on Wednesday the 5th of August in Ballybay Pearse Park, match report to follow. The reserves take on Monaghan Harps in the Division 1B league final in Tyholland on Sunday afternoon at half 2. The St Patricks minor team take on Donaghmoyne in the semi-final of the championship on Tuesday the 11th of August in Carrickmacross. Throw in at Drumhowan @ 7.30pm. The St Pats U16’s team travel to Inniskeen on Thursday the 6th August at 7.30pm. The U14’s take on Aughnamullan on Thursday the 13th of August at 12pm in Ballybay. The U12 team take on Rockcorry in the League Shield Semi Final at 12pm in Ballybay on Saturday the 15th of August. Please come along and support the boys as it will be greatly welcomed.

Good luck: A special mention to the club’s county representatives Paul, Drew, Thomas, Christopher & Ryan along with the rest of the county team, management & back room teams as they travel to GAA Headquarters to face near neighbours Tyrone in the All Ireland Quarter final. Throw in at 4pm. Also a special mention to the ladies team who take on Cavan in the qualifiers this Saturday afternoon at 5.15pm. We wish all involved all the very best of luck.

Summer Clean Up: A major summer clean-up is to take place at Ballybay Pearse Park next Saturday week for a number of hours in the morning. The committee would like to ask any club member who is in a position to help to please make themselves available as we try to brighten up the club house and the surrounding carpark. Additional info will follow next week but please contact any committee member if you can spare any time.

Website: The club are currently working on developing a website to celebrate its colourful past & bright future while using it as an additional means of communication for Pearse Brothers both living in the area and those spread out over all corners of the world. Bingo: Bingo will continue every Tuesday night at the later time of 9pm for the summer months in the club rooms. If there’s any member of the public, particularly elderly ladies & gentlemen, who would like to attend the night but struggle for transportation there is a free bus run within the local area to bring people to & from the club rooms. If you like to avail of this service please contact any committee member.
