Seniors: We hosted Tyholland on wednesday evening last. Doohamlet started brightly with early points by Martin Hughes and Barry Mc Bennett. Tyhollnad found the net within 6 minutes, further points by Barry Mc Bennett left the scoreline at half time 0-4 to 1-5. Doohamlet started the second half brightly again and had a penalty within a minute on the clocl in which Barry Mc Bennett hit the net. Another Mc Bennett point levelled the game. Tyholland found the net again to give them a 3 point lead, points by Niall Connolly and Ollie Hughes kept us within touching distance. It finished Doohamlet 1-11 Tyholland 2-12. Reserves:

We made the journey to Eire Og on Saturday in the reserve league. A win would keep us in pole position. This game was more or less done and dusted in the first 15 minutes. Goals by Johnny Duffy, Shane Mc Manus and point by Ollie Hughes, Gavin King and Barry Mc Bennett gave us a lead of 3-8 to 0-7 at half time. The second half seen further goals by Barry Mc Bennett and Shane Mc Manus. Doohamlet ran out easy winners by 5-16 to 0-14. U14,s had a good win on Saturday against Rockcorry.
Well done to the Doohamlet U10’s who played at Blackhill sports day on a lovely sunny day against Oram. The match was very competitive with Doohamlet loosing out by a score in the end. Some great play and scores on the day. Well done to Blackhill for a great event and day out for all.
