Reserves:
Our Reserve panel kicked off the proceedings in 2015 as they took on Sean Mc Dermotts at home in the Reserve Football League. After trading blows in the earlier proceedings Donaghmoyne took control in the 3rd quarter of the game and went on to claim their first points of the year with a four point win. It doesn’t stop there though as the lads return to action this Sunday when they travel to Drumhowan. Throw in is at 12 o clock in Drumhowan. Make the short trip to get behind the team as they look to make it two wins from two and a perfect start to the year.

Club Membership:
Club Membership for the year 2015 is now due. Please contact any committee member for details. Why not become a member of the Monaghan Club of the Year from 2014??
Recently Deceased:
The club would like to extend its sympathies to the Clarke & Daly family and friends on the death of Mary Clarke recently.
Donaghmoyne GFC would also like to extend it’s sympathies to the family and friends of the late Peter Sherry, Scotstown Clubman and former Chairman of the Monaghan GAA County Board after he passed away suddenly at the weekend. The Scotstown club and indeed Monaghan GAA as a whole have lost a true Gael.
Best of Luck:
Best wishes to all the Donaghmoyne lads with the Patrician High School Carrickmacross and Our Ladys Secondary School Castleblayney taking part in this years Ulster Colleges Mac Larnon Cup Final, the all Monaghan Final, on St. Patricks Day. These lads will be enemies for the hour, but teammates  once again from then on and we wish them all the best on the day and hope they do themselves justice. Throw in is at 11 o clock in the Athletic Grounds in Armagh on St. Patricks Day, Tuesday, so make the trip to Armagh on the day get behind our lads!
