Scór Sinsir

The club was represented at Senior Scór in Corcaghan on Sat 21st of February by Tom Gillanders (Solo Singing), Jim McHugh, David Connolly and Tom Gillanders (Ballad Group) and Pat Bolger, Declan Connolly, daavid Connolly and Jim McHugh (Table Quiz). Thanks to those who took part and to David Connolly, our Cultural Officer, for co-ordinating the club’s Scór entry.

Juvenile Training

U6 and U8 training continues this Wednesday in Our Lady’s Secondary School gym from 6.30 to 7.30pm. 

U10 training is also on Wednesday nights from 7.30 to 8.30pm in Rath na nÓg

U12 training on Monday night in Rath na nÓg from 6 to 7pm. 

The cost for all of these sessions is 2 euro and hurls and helmets are provided. New members always welcome

Coaching Courses

A hurling Foundation Level coaching course will take place in Cloghan on March 13th and 14th. Anyone interested in doing this course should contact Jarlath Denny. 

There is a performance analysis course also in Cloghan on Wednesday 11th March at 7.30pm. This will be an introduction into performance analysis, what you should cover on match dayand an overview of some of the methods used to collect and present stats.

A Goalkeeping workshop will take place in Cloghan  on Monday 16th March from 7.30 to 9pm. This is an outdoor practical course covering both hurling and football goalkeeping
