Saturday’s collection: Everyone is completely overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of all those who contributed in Monaghan town and Carrickmacross to last Saturday’s collection. It was truly unbelievable. Huge thanks to all the volunteers who came together from Emyvale & Truagh GAA and from the wider parishes of Donagh and Truagh for this worthy cause. We are also extremely grateful for the great turnout of Monaghan county players and also the support from many local businesses. There is no doubt that we have phenomenal strength in numbers and a truly great sense of community here. Hopefully, this will give Kieran’s family, friends and all involved the strength to continue with this search until they bring Kieran home.

Nursery programme: Emyvale GAA Juvenile Club will be holding their Nursery Programme in 2015. The nursery programme will run every Saturday in February and March from 10:30am to 11:30am in the Emyvale Leisure Centre for children attending junior class to 1st class. Each session will cost one euro and parents will be encouraged to stay and take part in the session. Please contact Aine on 085 1400186 for further information.
