Scór na Óg Ulster Final – with the final date not far around the corner both the instrumental group and céilí dancers are busy practising in Tullycorbet Community Centre. So please keep the date free in your diary – Saturday 17th January. Venue Threemilehouse.

National Club Draw – can all those members with tickets please return them to Club Treasurer John Reilly or the person they received them from by this Saturday 10th of January. Please make one last effort to sell them.

County Debut – congratulations to Club goalkeeper and former secretary Enda Duffy on making his competitive county debut for Monaghan against UUJ in the Mc Kenna Cup last Saturday 3rd January in St. Mary’s Park, Castleblayney.

Club Executive Meeting – will take place next Thursday 15th January at 9pm. Lots of important decisions to be decided upon as we enter a new year.

Youth Committee Meeting – will take place on next Monday night 12th January in Tullycorbet Hall at 8.30pm. Anyone interested in the Juvenile affairs of the club please attend. Also coaches and anyone willing to help out with the various teams in the year ahead should come along.

Co. Awards Night – will take place in the Hillgrove Hotel on Saturday 24th January. David Millar will be receiving his Junior Player of the Year. Tickets are €30. Anyone interested in attending should contact Club Chairman Martin Mc Elearney by Friday 16th of January.

Sympathy is extended to the Goodman family on the death of Patsy Kirke, Carrick, the O’Neill Family Drumroosk on the death of Gerry and the Quinn Family on the death of Dr. Pat Quinn, Clones.

Congratulations – slightly belated congratulations to Patrick Duffy, Drumlane and Karen Smyth on their recent engagement while at home over the Christmas. Also congratulations to Bridie and Francis Mc Ginnity and Rosalenn Reay on their recent celebrations in the community centre. Let’s just say the numbers 50, 30 and 60 were involved.

Good luck to all those who were home over the festive period. Safe travels back to your adopted lands and we hope to see you all very soon.
