Over the past number of months Monaghan Coaching & Games in conjuction with Ulster GAA have held a number of Coaching Workshops.

In total four workshops took place which covered a number of different topics. The first workshop took place at the end of November with the last one taking place last Monday night.

All the workshops were well supported by the majority of our clubs which was great to see. The theme of the workshops focused on reviewing the 2014 playing season, how to undertake the Activate GAA Warm Up and complete FItness Testing and putting plans in place for the pre-season.

Monaghan Coaching & Games would just like to thanks Kevin Kelly, Gary Mallon and Kevin McGuigan from Ulster GAA how came down and delivered the workshops. Secondly we would like to thank Cremartin Shamrocks and the Monaghan GAA Grounds in Cloghan for hosting the workshops.
