Coaching
A coaching workshop titled Planning the Pre-Season will take place in Cloghan next Tuesday the 13th of January at 7.30pm. The workshop is open to all youth and adult coaches and will look at issues around fitness testing, interpreting results and forming training programmes. It will also focus on building endurance with and without the ball as well as progression and overload. The session is an interactive one and will be delivered by Ulster GAA coaches Tony Scullion and Kevin Kelly.

Club Officer Training
Club Officer Training for all new officers will take place in Cloghan on January 27th. Time for this course will be confirmed next week

Variety Show
Preparations are well underway for the club variety show on January 30th. All of those who sold tickets are asked to return money collected to Hugh Cullen. A limited number of tickets remain. Contact any committee member for a ticket asap to avoid disappointment
