The 2014 Official Monaghan GAA Yearbook is available throughout the county at a cost of just €10. The Yearbook, which comes to over 400 pages, reflects on another exciting year for the county. Monaghan fell short of retaining the Ulster SFC and MFC, but it was still a year where the county’s senior footballers won a league title during one of their three trips to Croke Park. All aspects of the GAA year will feature in the book, with our club features focusing on county championship wins for Clontibret, Inniskeen and Drumhowan as well as Truagh’s All-Ireland IFC victory and Castleblayney’s return to the top of Monaghan hurling and subsequent Ulster title. There are also features on ladies football, handball, camogie and contributions from the likes of Dick Clerkin, as well as articles on each of the county’s clubs.
