U14 Development Squad S&C Winter Training Panel

The following players are asked to attend the Strength and Conditioning Winter Programme for the U14 Development Squad for the coming months. The panel has now been reduced to 40 players from 65. It is important that all players are available this coming Friday for a series of Fitness Tests so we can now begin to assess your development over the coming months. The strength and conditioning programme will begin shortly and take place every Saturday morning once it gets going.

For the players that didn’t make the panel, Monaghan Coaching & Games would just like to thank you for the dedication and commitment you have shown to the squad up until this point. We will be sending a letter out to you in the coming days, which will highlight a number of areas where we feel if you work hard on over the coming months and years there is every chance you will be ready to re-join the squad.

For the players that made the panel, this is just the start of your development. You are still very much at the beginning of your inter-county career and have a lot of hard work ahead of you. It is very important that you give the squad your full commitment over the coming months as the panel will be reduced again after the Strength and Conditioning Programme finishes at the end of the winter.
