Operation Transformation – Only 2 days to go- this popular waling club starts back this Saturday 18th of October at 10am, so get your walking shoes ready! Walking days will be Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am, meeting point is Smithboro Hall. Everyone is asked to bring a high vis, although new members will be supplied with one. Members will get the opportunity to be weighed and to have their blood pressure checked by a nurse (optional), so don’t miss out; make sure you encourage your family and friends to come along and start getting fit!
