Lotto Results

The numbers drawn in the Club Lotto on Monday 15th September were 14, 15, 18 and 24. The jackpot of €1,700 was not won this week and the €50 Lucky Dip winners were: Shane Duffy Leonsgarve, Fergal Monaghan Rahans, Edel Byrne Corlea & Nicole Quigly c/o The Dugout. The next draw will take place in the clubrooms on Monday 22nd September and the Jackpot will be €1,700

Senior League

Seniors played an outstanding Clontibret team on Saturday last. Final score Magheracloone 0-8 Clontibret 5-10. There are just four matches remaining in the league this year and hopefully the lads will find their form in order to avoid relegation.

Minor Championship

Minors are continuing their training as the countdown is on to the county final in Clones on Sunday 5th October. It is vital that all players attend every training session.

Under-16 Division 1 League Final

Our U16 team will play their division 1 final on Saturday 20th in Castleblaney. Throw in time is 2:30pm. Please come and give the lads the support they deserve. Best of luck boys.

Under-11

This coming Saturday an U11 team will travel to Emyvale to take part in the annual Brendan Colton Blitz in St Oliver Plunkett Park. We wish them a safe journey and an enjoyable tournament.

Under-10

Training continues Thursday 7pm – 8pm in Scoil Bhride. We request all players to attend training for the build up to the final blitz of the year in Clones, more details later.

Under-8

U8s have had a busy week. On Saturday last they took part in the Donaghmoyne blitz and played against Toome, Drumhowan & Donaghmoyne. Thank you to the hosts Donaghmoyne for a well organised morning and to the mentors and parents who travelled. The following day the U8s took part in two highly entertaining matches at Corduff sports day where they were awarded well deserved medals. Photos of these games are on our facebook page. U-16 County Development Squad

Well done to Paudie Mc Mahon & Jack Kirk who travelled with the county U16 squad to Tralee last Saturday and played against Kerry, Galway and Kildare.

Training for Children born in 2008 & 2009

The U8 club coaching staff realise the need for some additional coaching requirements for all kids planning to join the U8 training and development academy in 2015. We have decided to pilot an 8 week indoor training program for kids born in 2008 & 2009 ONLY. Training will commence on Saturday 4th October at 10am in the community centre for one hour. You must be a member of the club and registration forms will be available each morning. Registration will cover you for the 2015 year also. Indoor footwear only please. GUM SHIELDS ESSENTIAL.

Draw for All-Ireland Football Final Tickets The club has 4 tickets for next weekends All-Ireland Final Donegal v Kerry. If you would like your name in the draw, please contact Club Secretary by 5pm next Friday evening 19th Sept on 087-9574354.

Note: This draw is only open to paid up members and if your name is drawn to buy the tickets (€80 each) you must use them. You cannot give them to a family member, work colleague or someone from Donegal/Kerry or sell them on for a profit.
