U6/U8/U10
Our U-8s & U-10s played matches against Carrickmacross and East Cavan Gaels in Carrickmacross last Wednesday 6th August. Last night (Wednesday 13th August) we travelled to Kingscourt to take part in the Cavan Go Games. Next week Wednesday 20th there will be training in Concra at 6pm . Training on this night will be taken by members of the Senior championship winning team and they will have the Mick Quigley cup with them. The last outdoor blitz of the year will be on Wednesday September 13th in Cloghan.

U12
Our U-12 team are going on a trip to Croke Park next Sunday to see the All Ireland senior hurling semi final between Cork and Tipperary. The lads will play Na Fianna from Dublin and Douglas from Cork in two challenge games in Dublin beforehand. Twenty five adults and five adults will be going and will be leaving from the Super Valu car park at 8am.

U14
Our U-14s play Truagh at home next Monday evening. Players to be at Concra for 6.15pm please.

U16
Our U-16s next game is also at home to Truagh in the Tri County hurling league. This game is scheduled to be played on Friday 22nd of August but this may still change.  Watch out for texts.

Seniors
Our seniors continued their winning ways last Thursday with a win against Carrickmacross in the Monaghan SHL on a scoreline of 0-19 to 0-13. Despite being short a number of regulars, a strong opening half was enough to lay the foundations for a Blayney win. Best on the night were Eoin Leonard, Barney Connor, Jimmy Lacey and Stephen Forde. 
Our next senior game is this Thursday night when we take on Truagh in the SHL. Throw in is at 7.30pm in Concra.  Please come out and support the team. Thanks to McMahons Centra for their continued sponsorship of our senior team
