One of the South Ulster U14 teams took part in a three team blitz in Cloghan Monaghans centre of Excellence last Saturday. The teams were Louth, Tyrone and South Ulster. In South Ulster’s first match the played Louth and they gave an exhibition of point scoring and we ended up winning on a score line of South Ulster 2:12 Louth 3:03. In the second match we faced a well organised Tyrone team. With only one point between the sides at half time both sides came out hoping to get the win. Alas there could only be one winner and Tyrone ran out winners on a score line of South Ulster 2:08 Tyrone 4:07.
