Senior Team: Our championship opener against Drumhowan was a nail biting affair last Friday evening in Blackhill. In front of a big crowd, there was no quarter asked or given and while we might feel that another minute of stoppage time might have been to our benefit, neither team could really argue against the draw being the fair result. The replay of the JFC game v Drumhowan will take place on Sunday 8th June at 2:30 in Cremartin.

Reserves: The reserve championship game against Clontibret has been moved to Wednesday 11th June.

Congratulations: To senior panellist Breffini Morgan and his wife Laura on the birth of baby Michael. He’s a big strong lad like his father, and hopefully Breffini can get him out to Toome before Cremartin realise!

Under 14s: Best wishes to our under 14s who welcome Tyholland to Toome on Thursday 5th at 7:30pm in the opening round of the championnship.

Under 12s: We have been invited to the Newry Shamrocks blitz on Saturday 7th June. There are 13 counties represented in this competition, so it promises to be a competitive day of football. Registration opens at 9am, so it will be an early start, and we will be there until at least 1pm, hopefully later if results go our way!

Under 10s and Under 8s: Training every Saturday morning at 11:00. Everybody welcome, for what is an entertaining hour of football! The under 8s hosted a very exciting blitz last Saturday, which was enjoyed by all.

Nursery Games: Toome Nursery Games for U-6’s continues every Friday at 6.30pm in Toome Centre. New members are very welcome, so come along and join in the fun.
