Lotto Results

The numbers drawn in the Club Lotto on Monday 16th June were 9, 11, 13 and 20. The jackpot of €3000 was not won this week and the €50 Lucky Dip winners were:

The next draw will take place in the clubrooms on Monday 23rd June and the Jackpot will be €3100

Senior League

The Senior League continues in Scotshouse on Sunday 22nd June where we take on Currin at 15:30pm. All support would be very welcome.

 

Senior Championship

The next Championship match will be played on Saturday 9th August when we meet Latton with a scheduled time of 5:00pm

The draw for the next round of the championship resulted in the winner of the above match playing Clontibret, this fixture is also scheduled to be played in august.

 

Reserves

The Reserves competing in Division 1A will meet Latton on Wednesday  18th of June in round 8. This is a home fixture to be played in Corduff at 8pm. Please support.

 

U21’s

The countdown is on now to the opening clash against Killanny on Friday 11th July. This match is fixed for Killanny at 8:00pm.

 

Minors

The Minors are now on a break for exams and their next match will be on Tuesday 8th July against Cremartin. This match is fixed for Corduff at 7:30pm. Training continues as normal.

 

Under 16

U16s are competing very well in Division 1. The team will return from the exam break against Truagh on Thursday 26th June. This is an away match with a starting time of 7:30pm. Truagh, Corduff, Harps & the Mitchells are all on top of the table with 10 points each, followed closely by Scotstown on 9, Donaghmoyne on 4, Clontibret on 2 & St. Patricks on 1.

The Championship for this age group is fixed to begin on 7th August against Donaghmoyne.

 

Under 14

U-14’s competing in division 1 lost by the narrowest of margins when they played Carrickmacross on Thursday last. Magheracloone dominated most of the game leading by 10 points at one stage and were very unlucky not to at least get a share of the points. Final score Carrickmacross 2-22 Magheracloone 3-18. They are now in joint second place with Emmets both on 8 points & Iniskeen just a point behind in 4th place while Aughnamullen leads the race with a comfortable 14 points. The next game is fixed for Monday 23rd June, a home game against Truagh. Please show your support at this home game. Throw in time fixed for 7:30pm.

 

Under 12

On Saturday 21st June our U12s play Tyholland in an away match at 12 noon.

Training continues every Tuesday & Thursday 7pm to 8pm.

 

Under 10

Training continues every Thursday 7pm to 8pm. Keep free Saturday 12th July for the Go Games blitz in Cloghan.

 

Under 8

U8 training continues every Wednesday evening in Scoil Bhride from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Pauric Dowdell from Monaghan coaching & development will join us to help out for the next few weeks.

Go Games blitz will take place in Cloghan this Saturday 21st June from 12:00 – 2:00pm.

 

 

Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camp

The Magheracloone GAA Cúl Camp takes place from 21st July to 25th July 10.00am to 2:30pm. Attendance is open to primary school children aged 5 years to 12 years. Cost for 1st child €55.00, 2nd child €45.00, 3rd and subsequent children €40.00. Each child receives a FREE Kelloggs GAA kit & backpack. You may book online or contact Paul O’Connor, Monaghan County Training Grounds, Cloghan, Annyalla, Co. Monaghan. Application forms will also be distributed around the schools.
