The Summer Primary School Go Games football blitzes took place in Cloghan on Wednesday 14^th and Thursday 15^th May. Overall there were 19 schools that took part, with 30 teams and over 340 children playing.  Each team played at least 3 games, with each game lasting 25 minutes.   This blitz targeted 3rd and 4^th class boys. Teams consisted of 9 a side + 3 subs. The blitzes were really enjoyed by everybody that took part in them. Luckily the weather was on our side on both Wednesday and Thursday.

A big thank you to the schools for taking part, also to the referees ( who were transition year students from Ballybay Community College) who officiated at the blitzes.
