Lotto Results

The numbers drawn in the Club Lotto on Monday, 12th May were 7, 8, 11 and 16. The jackpot was not won this week and the Lucky Dip winners were:

* DD denotes a Direct Debit lotto player
The next draw will take place in the clubrooms on Monday 19th May and the Jackpot will be 2,600 euro.

 

Senior League

The Senior League continued last Sunday with a home match played in Iniskeen against Monaghan Harps, this was a closely contested affair with not much between the sides throughout, however at the final whistle it was Harps who bagged the points with the final score Magheracloone 1-11 Monaghan Harps 1-12

The next League outing is on the 21st May where we take on Castleblayney this match will be played in St. Marys Park at 8pm.

 

Senior Championship

The countdown is on to the opening round of the senior championship where we meet Currin. This match will be played in Clontibret at 6pm. Please come along to show your support and cheer the team to victory.

 

Reserves

Fixture 25th May V Scotstown in Corduff at 12:30pm

 

Minors

The Minors are now on a break for exams and their next match will be on Tuesday 6th July against Cremartin. This match is fixed for Corduff at 7:30pm

Training continues Tuesday 7pm-8pm

 

Under 16

U16s play St. Patricks in the division 1 league this Thursday 15th May in Drumhowan with a throw in time of 7:30pm. All support welcome.

 

Under 14

U14s play Iniskeen in round 4 of the division 1 league this Saturday 17th May. The match was originally fixed for home but will now be played in Iniskeen starting time 1:30pm.

 

Under 12

The U12 continued their Spring League with a visit to Cremartin on Friday last. The lads were up against it right from the start but still put in a good effort, they didn’t get the result they hoped for and the match finished Magheracloone 0-4 Cremartin 0-11.

 

Under 10

The next series of Under-10 Go Games will take place in Carrickmacross on Saturday, 17th May, from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

U10 training continues every Thursday 7pm to 8pm.

 

Under 8

U8 training continues every Wednesday evening in Scoil Bhride from 7pm to 8pm. We will be taking part in our 1st blitz of the year in Carrickmacross on  Saturday 24th May from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

 

Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camp

The Coaching Committee of Monaghan Co. Board is seeking coaches and assistant coaches for this year’s Kellogg’s Cul Camps throughout the county. This is an ideal opportunity to hone your coaching skills and to obtain some gainful employment for the summer. Are you interested? If so, contact Declan, club coaching officer at 087-2660143.

 

The Magheracloone GAA Cúl Camp takes place from 21st July to 25th July 10.00am to 2:30pm. Attendance is open to primary school children aged 6 years to 13 years. Cost for 1st child €55.00, 2nd child €45.00, 3rd and subsequent children €40.00. Each child receives a FREE Kelloggs GAA kit and backpack.
