Hi Everyone,

Toome GFC invite you to our annual run on Saturday 12th April. Last year, Tommy Bowe was the guest of honour. This year, we hope to have honourable guests from all walks of life!

Registration begins at 10am, we have indoor and outdoor warm up facilities available. At 10:45am, we hope to have a group warm up on our Astroturf facility.

The hooter sounds at 11am sharp for the start of the race.

There will be plenty of refreshments available on the day, and we will provide a hot snack afterward in the Community Centre.

There is the option of 5k, 10k or the Half Marathon (20k).

It’s a flat course, with a prevailing wind behind you for much of the way, so there is an opportunity to complete your run in a fast time! Our idyllic course is set in the countryside, along the shore of Lough Muckno.

Whether you intend to walk, jog, run or sprint, we’d love to see you on the day. Please spread the word among your friends, we’d be delighted to welcome you on the day!
