Ballybay Notes

Senior League 1st game of the senior league is against Doohamlet in Ballybay at 2pm on 23rd March
Junior B  The junior B team had a convincing win over Castleblayney on Sunday morning past. Next game against Cremartin in Cremartin on Sunday 16th March at 2-30pm
U 21 Cadburys Football Championship Good luck to players and management next Wed 19th March playing Down in Inniskeen at 8pm. Come and show support to all the players.
Juveniles
U12s:The first Spring League match is this Saturday 15th March.Ballybay v Clontibret in Ballybay at 12.00pm. All players assemble at Club rooms at 11.15am.
U14s:Training Monday evenings at 7.15-8.45pm. First Div.2  league match on Saturday 22nd..Ballybay v Castleblayney in Ballybay at 12.00pm.
U16s(St.Pats):Training Monday evenings in Drumhowan at 8pm.,Thursday evenings in Ballybay at 8pm.
Minors(St.Pats):Training Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Ballybay at 6.45pm.Registration Evening: Registration evening for any juveniles who want to play football this year will take place on Friday 14th March at 7pm.in Ballybay GAA clubhouse.It is important to note that every player must be registered by a parent/guardian on the night or they will not be eligible to play in the incoming season. Registration fee is €5. Per child. New players are welcome at every age level.(U-6,U-8,U-10,U-12,U-14,

U-16,minor). Any queries please contact Youth Officer Claire Duffy 087 2570260Flag Day: Thank-you very much to everyone who kindly supported the Juvenile Flag day last weekend and to all who gave of their time to stand in the cold and collect. Thanks also to Robbie Mc Donnell for his support in advertising the event .

Club membership is now due once again and can be paid to John Keenan. Paddy Kerr and Claudine Wylie Single membership 20€ or 50€ which includes admission into all home senior league games. It is important that ALL players pay their membership as soon as possible otherwise you will not be covered under the GAA insurance scheme. Please note that club membership will close on Monday 31st March.The club would like to compile a record of members phone numbers and email addresses as to inform members of club games, information and events at the club.
Sympathy   Ballybay Pearse Bros would like to extend deepest sympathy to the wife and Family of the late Peadar Murane Main St Ballybay. Peadar was a founding force in Ballybay Pearse Bros and was Secretary in charge of the development of Pearse Park and always along with his family had ongoing role with  the club
