Scor Sinsear

The Senior Scor took place last Friday night in Tullycorbett and although we had no winner on the night we where proudly represented by Seamus Lynch, Tom Lennon, Brian Meegan, Martha Kingham, Sharon Mc Gahon, Sean Walsh, Caroline Walsh, David Meegan, Ciaran Rafferty & Malachi Mc Ardle.

On behalf of all the committee I would like to thank the above participants, it was a great start and something to build on for the next one.

Quinn’s corner pre season Ulster League

Our lads suffered our first defeat in the tournament to Aghaloo O’Neill’s last Sunday in Aughnacloy. However a win next Monday night in Pairc Grattan against Newry Shamrocks should see the lads into the Semi final. Throw in is at 8pm on Monday 3^rd so please come out and you’re your support.

National GAA Draw

Deadline to purchase a ticket for the national draw is Monday 3^rd of March.

The draw is taking place in Croke Park on St Patricks day and all proceeds go to the club.

Tickets are €10 each so please contact any of our committee or call 0879004463 to get your hands on one as there is fantastic prizes to be had.

2014 Membership “walk in” night

As promoted recently we changed the format this year to a one off walk in membership night.

It was held in Pairc Grattan on Friday 31^st of January and we have had a great response, so thank you to all the people who turned up to register.

However due to the amount of people who contacted us regarding being unable to attend on that particular night we have decided to hold another this Friday the 28^th of February from 7pm -9pm.

2014 membership costs will be as follows:

Adult: €30, Couple: €50 and U18’s: €20.

Note only paid up members (as of 31^st March) will be eligible for the All Ireland ticket draw.

The Venue for the open night will be in Pairc Grattan under the stand.

Referees Wanted

We are looking to recruit Juvenile referees, if you are interested in carrying out a course and becoming one please contact Peter Dooley on 085 840 6167.

New additions to the community

We would like to congratulate Paul and Fiona Meegan on the birth of Son Jack as well as Sean and Martina O Connor on the arrival of little Sarah.

Let’s hope both Sarah and Jack follow in their parent’s footsteps and wear the red and green of Inniskeen.

Congratulations to both couples on their wonderful news.

Senior Awards night

We are holding our presentation night in the social hall on Saturday 7^th March. Please keep the date free as it will be a great night as we present the silverware won last year.
