This indoor participation session is aimed at coaches from all codes who work with teams from U14 up. These session will incorporate a mix of functional movements, core stability, balance, strenght and control, aligned with proper running mechanics which has proved to reduce injury. THIS WORKSHOP IS FREE OF CHARGE !!
