Mouthguards:  The Gum Shields become compulsory for both training and matches in the season ahead. It’s important all juvenile players and senior players from the men and ladies teams have their mouthguard in place before entering the playing grounds. The rule will now come into effect at Under 21 and Adult level from January 1st 2014. Players will not be covered under the player injury scheme if they are not wearing a mouthguard.
