Scór na nÓg – On last Saturday night in Killeshandra 2 Drumhowan Groups qualified for the Scór na nÓg Ulster Final. Big Congratulations to the Instrumental Group ( Eimear & Conor Quinn, Stephen & Colm Mc Mahon, Finbarr Brennan) and the Set Dancers (Blinne & Megan Treanor, Orlaith Brennan, Angie Mc Guirk, Lauren Duffy, Sinead & Aine Grogan, Christina Sherry) who will fly the club flag in Silverbridge, Armagh on Saturday 25th January at 5.pm Pencil it in your diary now. All support needed. Remember Silverbridge is less than a half hour away.
National Club Draw – Drumhowan have decided to take part in this draw. Tickets are €10 and all money raised will go towards the club. The ten prizes can be seen below

DKIT – Congratulations to Mark Mc Cabe who was part of DKIT Freshers Squad who won an All Ireland Freshers Title against IT Tralee last week.
Mouthguards – By the time these notes reappear after the Christmas break it will be law for all players no matter what their age to wear a mouthguard. So anyone who can’t think what to buy for Christmas, a mouthguard is your solution and it might keep them quiet for a while also!
New Chairperson – the club are pleased to announce that our Chairperson for the 2014 season will be Martin Mc Elearney. We also hope to have a secretary in place before Christmas.
Happy Christmas– as these are the last notes for 2013 the club would like to wish all our members, players and supporters a Peaceful Christmas and Happy New Year. Look forward to reporting you all events from the club in 2014.
