As Christmas appears on the horizon, Club Monaghan can look back on a very successful year and look forward to 2014. PRO Séamus McMeel will have new merchandise available next month and he is also still promoting the direct-debit scheme, which has been another big success this year. Séamus congratulated Monaghan’s Colin Walshe, Conor McManus and ladies Gráinne McNally, Sharon and Cora Courtney and Caoimhe Mohan on their recent All-Star awards. He also reflected on a “massive year” for Monaghan GAA, paying tribute to the Ulster senior and minor champions. Séamus also wished Truagh and Emyvale the best of luck in this Saturday’s Ulster club finals in Armagh.
