The 2nd Monaghan Coaching Conference will take place on Saturday the 23rd of November 2013 in a joint venture with Patrician High School and Inver College Carrickmacross. This year the main target is club coaches ranging from u6’s to senior in both football and hurling.

With the success of the Monaghan county teams this past summer the Conference is appropriately titled ‘Building on the Success’ with the Keynote Address’ being delivered by two of the men responsible for the success. Malachy O’Rourke (Senior Manager) and Ciaran ‘Dinky’ McBride (Minor Coach 2013).

Ryan Porter (Monaghan Senior Fitness/ Strength & Conditioning Coach), Terrence ‘Sambo’ McNaughton (Antrim Hurling) Paul Divilly (Ulster Regional Hurling Development Officer) and the Monaghan Coaching & Games staff will all deliver workshops which focus on a wide range of topics which is sure to have an interest with every gael in county Monaghan and further afield.

There is a small fee for attending the Conference (€10 per person Or €30 for 3 club delegates), with each delegate receiving a copy of Coaching Templates, which was designed by Monaghan Coaching and Games Development staff.
