The next draw will take place in the clubrooms on Monday 14th October and the Jackpot will be 4,100 euro. You can play the Magheracloone Club Lotto online by visiting the club website www.magheracloonemitchells.ie. You can choose a number of lines and play for either six or twelve months. You will be in each draw and will be supporting the club at the same time.

County Minor Final.  Sunday is County final day in Clones and the club will be represented on the big day by the minor team that has qualified for the Division One Championship final. The opponents in the final will be local rivals, Carrickmacross and the throw-in is timed for 1.30 p.m. The Magheracloone team has a very successful record through the juvenile ranks and the team members have prepared diligently for this big game. All in the club are very proud of the achievements of this team and the club supporters are hopeful that this team will bring the silverware back to the club on Sunday afternoon.

Pitch Development.  The work continues with the laying of the special Lough Neagh sand. As soon as this is completed the ground will be ready for seeding. It is anticipated that this should happen during the next week.

The website and/or the clubs face book page will keep members up to date with progress.

County Final Tickets. You can pre book your tickets for this week-end’s county finals at your local Supervalu supermarket. The County Board is encouraging supporters to book in advance to avoid queues at the entrance to the stands. O’Gorman’s in Carrickmacross have tickets available.

Senior League. The league continues this weekend with a visit to Rockcorry where two more important league points will be at stake. Following last week-end’s hard-won victory over Ballybay the locals will want to claim two further points in the quest for a semi-final place.  The game is fixed for Rockcorry on Saturday, 12th at 4.30.p.m.

Minor League. The minor league semi-final was played on Saturday last. Magheracloone   faced Monaghan Harps in a repeat of the championship semi-final. Monaghan Harps reversed the result from the last encounter and so claimed a place in the League final.
