The Halloween Primary school Go Games football blitzes took place in Cloghan on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd October. Overall there were 24 schools that took part, with 57 teams taking part and 580 children playing.  Each team played at least 4 games, with each game lasting 18 minutes.

This blitz targeted 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th class boys and girls. Teams consisted of 9 a side + 3 subs. The blitzes were really enjoyed by everybody that took part in them. Luckily the weather was on our side on both Tuesday and Wednesday.

A big thank you to the schools for taking part, also to the referees who officiated at the blitzes. Also thank you to Cloghan for the use of their facilities.

On Thursday 24^th October the Halloween Primary school Go Games hurling blitz took place in Cloghan. There was 4 schools that took part in the blitz, Annyalla NS, Carrickmacross BNS, Gaelscoil Ultain and Blackstaff, with 7 teams taking part, with 80 children playing. Each team played 3 games lasting 25 minutes per game. This blitz targeted 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th class boys and girls. Teams consisted of 9 a side + 3 subs.
