Minor League Final: Our Minor team have the chance to put their Championship heartbreak behind them when they play St. Tiernachs on Sunday next in the League final. This game is fixed for Cremartin with throwin at 1pm. Due to the proximity of this fixture we ask all our supporters to give these lads our full support and vocal encouragement on Sunday next.
Fixtures: Due to the Doohamlet team in Cork last weekend for the wedding of Ted Duffy we had to unfortunately concede our game against Blayney on Saturday last. We are due to play Latton on Saturday next. Check official fixture for throw in time.
Senior Championship: Congratulations to Scotstown on winning the Monaghan Senior Championship on Sunday last.
The Gathering: Doohamlet O’Neills will hold a gathering on Sunday 27th October in the local hall. There will a full bar extension and barbeque at this event and Music by Mr Music. Dancing from 11pm-2am. Tickets for this event at 10euros and can be had from any committee member.
Senior Citizens Fundraiser: Gerry McElroy (Gerrys Take Away & Prepared Veg) invites everyone to his fundraiser for local senior citizens in Ballybay Pearse Bros. Centre on Saturday 2nd November. Star of the night will be Declan Nearney and his band. Tickets €15. Proceeds go towards local senior citizen groups. Please support Gerry and this worthy cause.
