Fair Day
Thank you to Stephen Marron and Family,Sheila Forde and Family,Paul and Donna Forde, Paula Louise McCaughey and all who cooked buns and cakes for the stall at the Fair Day for the Club.
Gathering :
The club is holding its Gathering event on Saturday 5 October . Events on the day will include our annual Charity match between the past players and the present with money raised on the day being donated to the Castleblayney Care. Already the past players are putting in some serious training and are looking forward to defending their title. Martin Hanratty and Martin Rafter can be seen out running the roads, Kevin Maloney and Hugh Cullen are putting in a massive effort at Operation TransFAUGHSmation ,while Rory Woods is making the long trip from America and Niall Morgan coming home from England. Also that night there will be presentation meal in the Glencarn were the team that won the championship 25 years ago in 1988 will be honoured with music afterwards.
