The reserve season ended on a disappointing note with Eire Óg worthy winners on a night when the team didn’t play to its full potential. The game was played under flood lights at the superb St.Oliver Plunketts Park in Emyvale. Best on the night for Blackhill were Stephen Courtney, Peter Finnegan & Paul Finnegan who scored a tremendous goal midway through the second half. The reserve team has had a very good year nonetheless with some very good player development.

Bereavement

Thank you to everyone who helped out on Saturday with hosting the county finals.

Club Merchandise

A new range of club merchandise is available from the club siopa, which shall be open today (Thursday) between 7PM and 8-30PM. Check in the club social centre for other opening times. Declan Loughmans Sports also has a new range of very nice club gear in store.

Breakfast morning with the players

A breakfast morning with the players will take place on Sunday September 29^th from 8AM in the club social centre. GAA members and all friends of Blackhill GFC are invited. The proceeds will offset the extra expense involved with contesting the Junior Championship Final.

All-Ireland Ladies Football Final
