Now that we know who will be competing in this year’s All-Ireland final on the 22nd September, the club is organising an UP FOR THE MATCH night in the clubhouse on Friday 13th Sept starting at 9.30pm. A host of GAA legends will be there to give their views on the final, including some of the victorious Monaghan team who lifted the Anglo Celt after a 25 year wait. The Anglo Celt will take pride of place as will members of the Monaghan ladies team who have reached the All Ireland final, well done and congratulations to all the girls. This is a great opportunity for people from both Mayo and Dublin now living in Co Monaghan and especially those living locally to come along and support their counties and enjoy the crack leading up to the final. U16 Final: Our Aghabog/Currin combination take on Doohamlet in the final of the U16 League this Saturday at 2pm in Aughnamullen. Please come along and support this young team.
