Ulster-Final

Last Sunday proved that dreams do come through, what a day for Monaghan football. After over 60 years of a wait Frank Brady lead his minor team to a great victory over Tyrone. This was followed by a brilliant performance from our senior team in beating ALL-Ireland champions Donegal in a trilling game of football to win our first Ulster title in 25 years. Well done to everyone involved especial the Latton players Owen Lennon as team captain and the Duffy brothers Owen and Ciaran and to former Latton player Finbar Fitzpatrick who is part of the management team.

Senior Football

We are due to play Scotstown on Wed evening 31st at 7-45 pm.

U-6-U-8- U10

Training continues on Friday evenings 6 to 7.

U-12

Both our u-12 teams had good wins over the weekend the younger lads beat Killeevan on Friday evening in a very close game winning by 2pts in the end. Our division 1 team had to work hard and come from 7pts down to beat Magheracloone in a thrilling game of football on Sat morning. This was the last league game for both teams so we will have to wait and see if we have done enough to make the semi-finals.
