Congratulations

Well done to Adam, Andrew and Shane and the County Minors on their historic win over Tyrone to bridge a 68 year gap. We are very proud of our three fine players who represented our club with great honour.
Championship
Our championship game with Toome is in Inniskeen at 2oclock on Sunday. Plenty of support please.
Under 21
If we had our 3 county minors and the influential Tiernan Duffy at our disposal there is no doubt that the result of this game played in Toome in excellent condition on Saturday evening last would be different. Things were all square with four minutes to go and it looked like this game was going for a replay but a ball given to the opposition and a goal resulted followed closely by a point when the final whistle sounded was the straw that broke the camels back. This was a very entertaining game played in tropical conditions and we got great value for our money. We thank  Peter Dooley and his selectors for his work with this team.
Get Well
We wish Tiernan Duffy a speedy recovery from his operation recently.
U8’s Blitz this Thursday from 7.00 to 9.00 in Magheracloone

The U10’s took part on Wednesday 24th in a blitz organised by Magheracloone, full report next week.

The U12’s played Toome at home on Tuesday evening, this game would decide our final league position, match report next week.

An U15 7 aside blitz was held at Cloghan on Saturday past the Killanny squad included
D Connlly, E Walsh, C McConnon, T Byrne,  D Markey, S Gartlan, K Collins and C Grimes
Killanny were unable to match a very strong Carrickmacross side in the opening match, however they rallied well to win their two remaining matches unfortunately this was not enough to progress.
