Best wishes to both Monaghan (Senior and Minors) teams as they seek the Holy Grail this weekend in this year’s Ulster finals in Clones.

Inniskeen Road July evening festival:
Thank you to all volunteers who came along and give support to the Patrick Kavanagh center and the July road festival held last weekend in association with the Gathering 2013.
The event was a massive success so fair play to all involved.

UNDER-16 Football Championship Final
All roads lead to Blackhill this evening (Thursday) as our under 16 boys participate in this year’s Division 3 championship final against Killeevan at 6.30pm.
The boys and management have put in a big effort this year and those efforts have been clearly repaid in the results to date.
In the league they have shown remarkable consistency with a record of 9 games played, 7 wins, 1 draw and only one loss to date. It leaves them in Joint first place with a game in hand from the teams below.
They carried that form through to their last championship outing, where they defeated Clones by a score line of 3-16 to 3-09. This was an emphatic performance considering Clones where the only team this year to have defeated them.
Please come out in your numbers to support the lads in the final.
Throw in is at 6.30pm in Blackhill, best of luck boys.
