A hungrier Killeevan team deservedly edged the U-16 semi-final on Sunday last. The boys battled bravely in the second half, but our pre break form was absent caused in no small part by being unable to fulfil fixtures in the last two weeks owing to the unavailability of seven players on both nights for a variety of reasons. Best on the day were Daniel Smith, Brandon Cashel, Gary Loughran & Alan Nugent.
