Senior: The Seniors play Cremartin in the Championship on Friday 19th of July in Inniskeen more details next week.

Juniors: The Juniors play neighbours and old rivals Donaghmoyne in the Crawley Cup Final in Corduff this Saturday night at7pm.  Best wishes to the team and management and hopefully we can capture our first adult trophy of the season. All support welcome.

Minors:The Cuchulainn Sarsfields still remain unbeaten in the league where they had a hard earned victory over a gallant St Pats on Tuesday last. In a game of 2 halves we started slowly and the hosts ran into an early 5 point lead but we came back with a goal from Pauric Mc Connell to reduce the arrears but another goal and further point increased the lead to 8 and a Dessie Ward goal on the stroke of half time left us 11 in arrears.  Whatever management seemed to do the trick and we came out fighting with scores from Michael Bannigan and Aaron Kelly and a massive score from Thomas Meegan to leave it 4-04 to 1-10 with 15 minutes left and a couple of quick goals from Kelly and Brian Mc Geough took us into the lead and we never relinquished that lead and held out for victory on a score line of Aughnamullen 3-14 to St. Pat’s 4-6.Team v St Pats Hugo Connolly Mark Connolly, Colin Fox, Paul Mc Cahey, Alan Markey, Paul Connolly, Mark Mc Mahon, Pauric Mc Connell(1-0), Niall Duffy(0-1), Ryan Murphy, Aaron Kelly(1-5), Brian Mc Geough(1-1), Gavin Corrigan, Thomas Meegan(0-1), Michael Bannigan(0-5) Subs Sean Mc Mahon for Mark Connolly other subs Kieran Blessing, Ciaran Conlon, Kevin Sheridan, Jamie Marron and Stephen Geoghegan.

U16’s Have no game next week. training will continue on Monday evening. Next game away against Killveen time to follow next week.

U14’s: Play this Saturday at home against Fergal O’ Hanlons at 12noon. All support welcome.

Sarsfield Stars: Training continues on Sat mornings at 10am.

Party: Local Person Tom Lenagh is celebrating a special Birthday this weekend and part of the celebration there is a party in the social centre this saturday night. There are no presents needed but donations if desired to the Ballybay Cancer and Castleblayney Alzheimers Societies everybody welcome to join in the festivities.

Sympathy: Sympathy is extended to Nora Coleman Laragh on the death of her brother Tom Heskin Co Meath and also to the family of the late Gerry Maggs Carrickmacross who died recently may god have mercy on their souls
