To be delivered by Aoife Byrne former Liverpool youth coach & assisted by Monaghan Coaching Staff..

Topics to be covered on the night include;

• Warm up Activities
• Running & Jumping
• Types of Games to play

This will be a practical workshop and coaches will be expected to take part.
