The 3rd and final workshop for U14/U16 Club coaches gets underway this Thursday 13th in Ballybay (NOTE THERE IS ONLY ONE REGION) @ 7:30pm. This workshop will follow the same format as last week, with a member of Monaghan Coaching Staff delivering a coaching session to a chosen group and another member of staff/coach education tutor interacting with the coaches.

The theme for workshop tonight is;

• Forward play ( Shooting – Goals/Points, Movement & how to beat the man)
• Speed Development & Strenght & Conditioning exercises.

Over half of our clubs were represented at last weeks workshops, can we ask that all clubs try and be represented tonight. (Two text messages have already been sent to each U14/U16 team mentors within the county). For further information please contact Paul O’Connor 0868374827
