The Intermediate League game against Inniskeen, due to be played on Saturday last was postponed due to the involvement of the county  hurlers. Glad to report that they had a successful win over Sligo. Youth Affairs

U10’s, Go Games
Well done to all, players and mentors who participated in the Go Games in Cloghan on Saturday last and then rushed back for a very wet training session in Scotshouse. Thanks to the Rockcorry PRO for the photos, much appreciated.

U14’s

The Clones/Currin U14 division 1 team played Scotstown away last Tuesday on a very rainy night. It was a good even contest throughout with Scotstown always able to keep a few scores ahead. There was 2 pts between the teams for a long time but Scotstown held a 4 point lead heading into the last quarter. However 3 quick goals for Scotstown quickly but the game to bed and the scoreline doesnt reflect the efforts given by the lads on the night. Final score Scotstown 5:10 , Clones / Currin 1:07 Team Cian Mc Carney, Cillian Martin, Caoimhain O Neill Mc Dermot, Dan Connolly, Jack Lynch, Conor Reilly, Ollie Clerkin(0:01), Cameron Dowd (0:01), Matthew Reihill, Kevin Murphy(0:2), Oisin mc Phillips, Declan Mc Kernan (1:03), Simon O Connell, James Cleary, Henry Hipwell.

The U14 Clones/Currin division 5 team had a ding dong battle with Emerald Sarsfields away in Oram on Saturday morning. There was little between the teams but Emerald Sarsfields bagged 2 goals at the end of the third quarter to leave 8 between the teams. The team rallied in the final quarter and with a few minutes left had got back to 3 pts but they held out to win by 4 in the end. The oppositions ability to convert possession into scores was the telling factor on the day as the team had numerous changes to win the game in the last quarter. Final Score Emerald Sarsfields 5:05 Clones/Currin 3:07. Team Simon O Connell (0:02), Oisin Mc Phillips, Conor Murphy (1:00), Conor Reilly, Dan Connolly (1:01), Henry Hipwell, James Cleary(1:03), Tiernan Monaghan (0:01).
