See below information about U10/12 Coach Development programme which is starting next Thursday 21st March (NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE). These workshops target all coaches, parents, ex/current players or anybody with an interest in coaching underage players. CAN YOU PLEASE PROMOTE THESE WORKSHOPS WITHIN YOUR CLUB AND TRY TO HAVE YOU CLUB REPRESENTED OVER THE BOTH NIGHTS.

The workshops are practical based and participants will be asked to participate in each workshop. Below is the content that we will be delivered over the two workshops.

• Skill Development – “What to Coach”.
• FUNdamentals – Running & Jumping,
• Fun Strength Exercises (Partner Work).
• Type of Games to play
• Theortical aspects of “How” to Coach.

Ø  This workshops will be delivered on a regional basis (North & South) and a total of 2 workshops to be held in each region.

Ø  Each workshop to last 2 hours.
