Doohamlet GFC Notes

Players Function:  Doohamlet players and committee members gathered on Friday night last for a celebratory meal in recognition of our Championship success in 2012. Chairman P.J. Meehan made a special presentation on the night to Colin Walshe in recognition of Captaining  DIT to their first ever Sigerson Cup.  P.J. also wished the players and management every success as we prepare for our new season in senior ranks. Many thanks to Raymond Watters and The Old Coach Inn staff for their first class service and excellent meal.

Condolences:  Doohamlet GFC sends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of the Late Phyllis McCabe, Tattygar, wife of Kevin and sister of our main sponsor Gerry McElroy.  Phyllis passed away last weekend after a short illness.

U12’s:  Well done to our U12’s who began the season with an impressive win away at Corduff on Saturday last.

U14’s:  Our U14’s boys play their first game in the league with a home fixture against Sean McDermotts at home on Saturday 23^rd March @ 12 Noon.
