Seniors:

Our Seniors have the 1st game of the Intermediate League this Sunday away from home to newly promoted Clones. See official fixtures for venue and time. A good start is always important for any team and our boys are no different. Make the trip to support the lads.

Minors:

Minors start off their league season this coming Tuesday 2nd of April with a tough game against Killany. See official fixtures for venue and times. This is a talented group of players so come out and support them in numbers.

U14:

U14s have a challenge match this Friday evening with the possibility of being changed to training. Players will be notified.

U10s + U12s:

U 10 training continuous Saturday from 11-12 in Donaghmoyne. U 12 training also contineous Saturday from 11-12 along with every Wednesday from 6.30 7.30. Need to see everyone there.

Mini Fontenoys:

The minis training continues Saturday at 11 in Donaghmoyne, weather permitting. All new children from the ages of u6s up to u10s are welcome. Every child must have a gumbshield otherwise they cannot participate. Cost is €2 per family. Also any parents willing to get involved in coaching are more than welcome.

Juvenile Presentation Night:

The Juvenile Presentation night is taking place on Saturday 6th of April in Lisdoonan Centre. Every team from and including U10s up to Minors have medals to receive so don’t miss out.

GAA CUL Camps:

The GAA CUL Camp in Donaghmoyne this summer is taking place from Monday 29th July – Friday 2nd August so keep this week free.

Coaching Courses:

Under 12/14 coaching courses taking place on Thursday28th of March in the High School Carrickmacross from 7.30-9.30. These workshops are open to anyone interested in catching up on their coaching skills.

Recently Deceased:

The club extends their sympathies to the Walsh and Cunningham familys, on the death Vera Walsh Nee Cunningham, formally of Aghavilla, who died recently in New York.

Ladies

Race Night:

The Race Night has been postponed until a later date but everyone is asked to keep selling. We ask everyone to kindly support the Race Night and to try and support our club as much as possible.

AGM:

The ladies Annual General Meeting is now taking place on Friday 29th of March at 9pm in the clubrooms.

U14 County:

Well done to the county U14 girls team on their win over Tyrone and especially to our club players Aideen Murray who was captain of the team, Ashling Callan and Louise Kerley.

The club would like to thank all their players, members and supporters for their continuous support and wish them all a Happy Easter as we look forward to the start of another promising season.
